Jose L. Torres is a seasoned financial and operational consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience in accounting, auditing, and community association management. Throughout his career, Jose has worked extensively with top consulting and accounting firms, including serving as Managing Director at Protiviti, where he built and led global practices specializing in risk management, financial controls, regulatory compliance, and operational audits. His expertise in evaluating financial systems, governance structures, and process efficiencies has helped organizations and community associations strengthen their financial stability and operational performance.

As Treasurer of Tropic Isles Co-Op, Jose oversees multi-million-dollar budgets, reserve funds, and vendor contracts while ensuring strict compliance with financial and regulatory standards. Through his consulting practice, he provides comprehensive operational assessments for HOAs, co-ops, and residential associations, reviewing financial statements, reserves, governance practices, vendor performance, and risk exposure. His recommendations equip boards with actionable strategies to improve budgeting, long-term planning, and transparency.

Jose’s background also includes executive roles in financial services and technology, including his tenure as EVP & CIO at Banesco USA, where he implemented enterprise-wide IT transformation and governance programs. A recognized leader and recipient of the STAR Award for outstanding community service, Jose combines accounting expertise with a hands-on approach to delivering clear, actionable insights that drive sustainable results.

Bobbie McEvoy is a Licensed Community Association Manager with over 15 years of experience specializing in the successful management and operation of homeowners’ associations and cooperative communities. With a proven track record in budgeting, financial planning, and long-term reserve analysis, Bobbie brings strong fiscal stewardship to every community served.

Throughout her career, Bobbie has guided boards of directors through effective decision-making processes, facilitated productive board meetings, and built positive relationships between management, residents, and vendors. She excels in staffing oversight, vendor negotiations, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and state regulations.

Having worked in multiple states across the U.S., Bobbie offers broad knowledge of diverse community needs and regulatory environments, allowing for adaptable and effective management strategies. Her experience includes both developer-controlled and resident-controlled communities, giving her unique insight into the different dynamics and operational priorities of each.

Known for a proactive management style, attention to detail, and commitment to fostering well-maintained, financially stable communities, Barbara is dedicated to enhancing property values and improving the overall homeowner experience.
